Read some portions of this book in 12/2013; began reading at beginning of the book on 4/1/2014. By 9/20/2014, I have read chapters 1-4, part of chapter 5, and chapter 8. Each chapter is somewhat independent, as it is an update of an earlier stand-alone essay written by Worden, except chapter 9, which is a condensation of part of a book by Worden that I previously read. I may read the remainder of the book later.
