(1) I'm shocked how badly this ended. To be fair, it was only the last two issues that were outright bad, and there were a few very good moments, but I can't see how this could be anything but a major disappointment.
- Why does this small town produce so many serial killers? I could try to explain it, but I would sound really stupid.
(2) Still, not outright unrecommendable.

@Jay Oh yeeesss! I remembered the first bit but not the second and third. It's been more than a few months since I read this.Anyway, are you planning on reading Nailbiter, Vol. 7: Nailbiter Returns next? Or did this kill it for you?

Oh, I've read the whole thing already. Finished Nailbiter, Vol. 8: Nailbiter Returns yesterday. Problem is I didn't pause to write reviews, as I usually do, so I've got six of them to finish, log-jammed in various states of completion.
Oh wow you went the whole way! I stopped at vol 6 thinking that the Nailbiter Returns sequel series would be multiple vols long but then it ended with only 2 additional vols. Now I’m too busy to get back to it but I wish I had finished it all in one go like you. It’s a pain for reviewing but that seems like really the only way to enjoy this comic!

Now I’m too busy to ge..."Yeah, I figured, if I'm going to read it, I'm going to read it the whole way though rather than have to refresh my memory if I ever pick up the series again. Plus, I usually suffer the same thing you're going through with it, not having time or inclination to get back to series I started.
The sequel series might not only be two volumes long. Volume 8 finishes on sort of a cliffhanger, though conceivably, I guess they could just end it there. It's the sort of cliffhanger that opens up for future possibilities, not one that requires continuation for closure, if that makes any sense.
Huh, then I guess we’ll see if it ever does continue and then that would be a good motivator for me to get back to vol 7!
