Really really good. Maybe it’s not Yang’s (la paperson’s) mission to convince entirely, but as far as the comparisons of a third university to black filmmaking assemblages, I find myself less convinced with examples of Ava Duvernay, Donald Glover, fuck especially Howard University and Ta-Nehisi Coates. But perhaps I an still thinking of films and universities as ideological machines.
