10/18- i think that ting and sarh are going to be come friends and have a good bond

10/11 - The point of view of Honeysuckle House is first person, told from Sarah's perspective. We are told Sarah's thoughts and feelings, but do not know what others are thinking. One example of point of view from the text is, "the lump in my throat swells up so fast I can't swallow." We read what Sarah feels physically, and are told about it from her perspective.

10/4 - The conflict of Honeysuckle House is internal because Sarah feels lonely and has to figure out what to do after her best friend moves away. There is also a conflict between her heritage and the fact that she is growing up American. She is teased and made fun of by her peers and feels depressed about being different.

the portaging is Sarah she had lost her best friend. She found a new friend but she does not know where it went. Lots of people make fun of her because she is chinese. ting Sarah's friend is getting bullied because she is also chinese. ting and Sarah are going to find a way to become friends and not get bullied. one day a lost friend that moved away can come back.

in the book ting the main characters friends has move to California. she is have trouble making friends people would make fun of her for being Chinese. Sarah her friend is not really happy with is she wants to be cool and not hang out with ting.
