Currently at the point where the heroine is dealing with a serious illness, so she and her boyfriend make bucket lists and she has things like go to the opera for the first time on hers while he has *let me check my notes* anal sex on his list...so he makes his possibly terminal girlfriend have anal...which is on HIS bucket list...for the things they should do to before she possibly dies.
