Very well written. Enjoying it. All of the pieces seem reasonably familiar so far but are presented with enough skill to make them engaging, and the combination of those pieces is interesting.

All the military / Iraq elements have a level of detail and confidence behind them to make me feel the author knows a lot more than I do about such things. Possibly from 1st hand experience.
