I'm about halfway through this (finally returning to it after starting over a year ago and stopping in the first quarter of the book). It took a bit of time to adjust to the unique way that Glave employs run-on sentences, though they are intricate and wrenching. The book feels very dense, but thorough, at parts mythical, and I am enjoying the depth of the perspective it is giving so far. Looking forward to finishing.
