It's so interesting to me that Greg, the British chap doesn't sound very British, even though the writer is British. The American, Danny sounds American but not quite so Texan to me. Story wise, so far so good.

Also, I can attest to the accuracy of long distance relationships. I worked away from home for 3 years Monday thru Friday. Missed calls, texts, messages etc...and then being home was sometimes so filled with social obligations we never even connected sometimes. Not a good way to live.

The fact that a gay man can be a strong conservative is such an interesting dichotomy. I know almost no conservatives who are "accepting" unless forced to by family reasons. Gay conservatives say that it's conservative view to not pry into people's personal lives that makes them conservative. Isn't it the conservative viewpoint that everyone must conform to their idea of morality? I just don't get it.
