Alice seems sweet, but her defence of Louise when she stole the car was unforgivable. I love teenagers, I work with them, and part of raising them is instilling discipline and consequences. If a 17-year-old steals a Ferrari and drives it drunk, you don't cover for her. You certainly don't stand by while she tells everyone that YOU were driving. I would not ever hire a nanny who doesn't realise this.
