Reading this for a reading challenge....don't ask me why. I don't know what I got myself into. Don't get me wrong, it has a lot of interesting concepts in it!(I mean, who knew there was so much science in bread making? Really cool)… But I am in no way a bread maker. That's my mom...her bread is legit the best ever. So yes this is her cookbook XD
