Getting a grip on the writing style of the author - hopefully he and I agree and I will continue forward. This book made a HUGE splash when first released - I remember the author had many death threats and he and his entire family (extended as well, I believe?) had to hide for their safety! Religion: the ultimate reason humans turn to in order to justify murder on a mass scale.....I shall never understand this!!!!
