I'm listening to the audiobook version of this and currently really enjoying her passage about how great walking is. I think about the benefits of walking a lot and absolutely love to do it frequently.

Some aspects of this book are great and some I feel miss the mark a fair bit. It is not the most cohesive but still giving me interesting things to think about.
