As much as I find this book helpful to know more about taking care of my skin better, I sort of have lost interest once I got to the chapter where Dr. Youn talks about reshaping your curves.

Maybe I'm just not the right audience for this content (since the treatments he mentioned are mostly for middle aged people), but I still get to learn some anti-aging regiments I'm excited to try someday.
