Uh. Guess it's failing to hook me. I'll put this on second chance, as I keep starting and stopping this.
It's been interesting to treat odd prose parts like, 'the superior of our englishmen' as someone antiquated and you are a time traveler. Otherwise, I'll try something else. I keep mentally losing track of characters.

So. I wanted to read a relatively shorter book. So I look around for this one. No single listings, but a lot of listings with this attached to another book. What a weird micro issue I had.
