Finished 32 chapters. It's dragging out the boring parts. The main character is not relatable and all be does is play into the storyline. The book feels looooong, I might stop reading here and never pick it up again... I don't think the writing is gonna change so I just don't care anymore. The horror he experiences isn't affecting me because of how it's told. And there's too much horror so it becomes background noise

Put the bad book down! Free yourself! There are so many good books out there that you could be reading instead.
