Something that like about this book is that she talks about things that we go through as a woman. Another thing that I like was how she wrote her book because you could imagine what she feel.

She just talks about healing and thing she will do to make her feel better. She also talks about doing what she put on her list.

She breaks up with her boyfriend. she does a what-to-do list after her break-up which is only positive/self-care things.

She talks about not wanted to leave her boyfriend but it have gotten to the point were she know that there are not good for each other.she realized that they don't belong together and that she just hurting herself if she stay.

In this chapter, she talks a lot about her boyfriend. She also talks about how she feels and how she feels about her being with her boyfriend.

she talks about her and boyfriend arguing about everything but not being able to talk about what making those problem.She also talks about things to make it up to him.

She talks about abuse and how she was any dark place. She also talk about feeling lonely.

She has a conversation with your boyfriend about loving and being scared.she also talks about how it suck having alcoholics parents.

she talks about her mom being pregnant when she was 4 years old. she confuse on how someone could give brith and go through that fro someone and not wanting anything in return. She also talks about her first boyfriend.
