How is it? I have read so many negative reviews already that I am dreading to read it myself and ruin great impression I had after finishing book #8...

I’m not sure. I’m truly reading it so slowly that I can’t tell how it fairs as a book in its totality. If you know what I mean? I think once I finish I may have to go back and start again and read it a my normal pace. But Gabaldon can write, we all know that, so in that regards there is now disappointment, I don’t get the feeling that we’re coming to the end of this ‘saga’ anytime soon, certainly not in this book anyway, and to be honest I should have re-read MOBY before starting Bees.
Sorry I meant “no disappointment”
I did re-read MOBY (which was amazing even second time around) so my expectations are huge for Bees. Anyway, I look forward to your final thoughts on this one :)
