"“Seth threw his head back and laughed as loudly as he dared”. Every single time I find a phrase like this I must ask myself if someone, in any part of this big world we live in, really "throws" the head back while laughing?
. It's creepy... I would freak out and run if someone throw his/her head back and laugh.
