So far it's excruciating to see how Jainan is stuck in the mentality of an abused partner. It's so painfully obvious what's going on. But of course Kiem is unaware since it's something unimaginable to him. His idea has always been of being considerate and respectfull toward Jainan, it wouldn't cross his mind that some people abuse their husbands, nor does he seems to have the tools to recognize the symptoms.
