ANTAGONIST: Prince Humperdinck is the Antagonist right now in the Princess Bride. Humperdinck is the Antagonist because Buttercup, the princess who doesn't love him, got kidnapped by Vizzini, the evil Sicilian. Humperdinck is chasing after Buttercup and her footprints by the fire swamp. It turns out Westley, Buttercups true lover, saves Buttercup. Humperdinck finally finds them both and captures Westly.
