Like, we admire the fierce conviction, but Evan. You're 14, and it's just a bit more complex than you understand. But you do have a point in there. Your father isn't a coward. But he should probably stand up for himself more, and others by association. We all understand the temptation to keep your head down, but there are consequences of it, you're not wrong. Just, fucking listen to your kid, Isaiah. Of course this isn't the first time it's happened. It's just the first time you've heard about it, because Victor inspired him to stand up for himself when before, he was trying to lay low the way you & Stephen had the privilege to.
