Definitely recommend GMs pick both this one and the Compendium up before writing their own adventures.
Don't think I'd let PCs use this one (or the Compendium) for chargen until they'd a bit of experience of playing, though. Maybe for their 2nd or 3rd characters after leveling out at 10.
