Trying to get into it. Normally like Salvatore books. His opening story is interesting, and world-building regarding the lake tribes is interesting. But taking too long to get me involved with an interesting character. All seems very superficial and the only character that feels like a protagonist feels paper-thin. I need something to sink my teeth into way sooner.
