Booklist says, "This exists outside of the usual Kingverse", but I call bullshit. Just because Pennywise is mentioned as being fictitious, doesn't mean it's not a level of the Tower. There are *so* many references to books that are hooked in that Stephen King seems to me to be screaming that it is.
