Remember that recent time I said I wanted another Wild West book? Well, the other story fell flat with me because of the howdy pardner heavy-on-the-dialect-centric dialogue. Here's hoping this one doesn't do that. Also, first time reading this author.

Also, not too keen on the Indian stuff. The way the author is using it, talking about it. It's not very sensitive and not tasteful. If you're aiming for authenticity, that's one thing...but it's getting kinda ridiculous now.
