Meh... The last few chapters have been boring and awkwardly written. I'm close to placing this book in my Want to Read list. Perhaps I'll decide after a few more.

Chapters 11 and 12 seemed lazy with repetitive dialogue and outright boring. I'm at risk of putting this series on pause if it doesn't pick up soon.

Just over half way though the series and I notice there's a rhythm to this book.

Challenge, technological advancement, battle, and eventually a twist. Repeat. 🤣

Book 3 chapter 5: A new alien enters the story, appearing to Shiloh through direct conversation. They've been watching humans for some time and are the source of the technology that enable his precognitive abilities.

Now that they've appeared I expect this plot to take turn.
