I feel like I should like this book more (the writing is wonderful). However, I just don't like Joy all that much (or her husband for that matter). Hard to care what happens to them (or more accurately happened to them since this is historical fiction based on their real lives). I have put this down for a bit. Not 100% sur I am going to continue.
