Before reading this book I would've guessed that Italians are the world's coffee "experts" but now some of their traditions make me wanna dry heave. Never clean your Moka Pot, only use dark roast...who doesn't like their coffee to taste like dirty cigarette butt syrup? <--great pseudo swear btw.
