Billed by many as an essential read for programmers, I can’t help but think this is a personal journey through a singular perspective in the workplace. Anyone can recognize the concepts being discussed here but the narrative is actually distracting and I felt like I’d have been better served by an academic approach to the topic. I’m sure I’ll never finish reading this.
