I don't know if I'll be around much the next couple of days. So... I want to wish all my friends who celebrate a very Merry Christmas!! And to those who don't, have a great weekend!! *HUGS* to you all!!!

We've got a foot of snow already. It came very early this year.
Ours came early,too. We've already had 2 snow and ice storms. Not big ones, but really early for here. They're forecasting more for Sat. About 6 inches.
We're not getting any more for a while. Maybe next week some time. It lasts so long up here that it is kind of a relief.
If we do get any, I imagine it will be here a while. It's been so cold here and it's supposed to get even colder.

I hope all of our Xmas's are gonna be awesome. Caelen surprised me today by saying "Here, I've got a present you can open early." Guess what it was? A fucking Easy Bake Oven. Yay me!Then again, EBO was teh shit when I was kid. EBOs & Barbie Jeeps. Kids these days look at you stupid if you don't have an ipod or DSI under the tree.
What are you going to do with an easy bake oven? I remember how much fun those were. They never really baked anything evenly and my father was always afraid I was going to set the house on fire with it.

My husband and his friend used to borrow the friend's sister's Easy Bake Oven and make 'special' brownies in them. *shakes head*
I LOVED my Easy Bake Oven! It was one of my favorite presents ever. I guess it had a pretty big influence on me,since I've been baking all day today lol. And I'm still not done...Catherine, how old are your babies?
The oldest is 3 and the youngest just turned 1 at the end of October.
Aww! I had so much fun with my boys when they were that age. It goes by so fast....
It does. My baby is going to be in kindergarten in no time flat. He is so smart already that it blows me away.
I remember that first day of kindergarten. I think the parents cried more than the kids.

It is a little heartbreaking. But they are just as precious all grown up. :)
It's the same when your grandbabies are growing up. Joey turned 7. 7!!!! It was only yesterday that he was a wee baby. Or so it seemed.
I wish I knew. I'd go back and visit if I did.

Seeing how quickly the oldest grew out of cuddles made me treasure the baby cuddles with the second one even more. Time passes so quickly. I feel like I just had my baby, but he's already 1 and walking.
