The day I received this book, happened to have some banana bread ready bananas, so I made Daybreak Muffins. I cut the sugar in half (I'm baking for myself and a diabetic) and they were amazing! I can't wait to make more. Red, Red Wine Cupcakes are planned for the weekend!
