I just finished Imam Ali (as)’s section of the book
I actually did learn a lot more about his time as a caliph and the injustices that happened to him before and after his khalifa . I didn’t know much about the battles that occurred during imam Ali’s life time but Alhamdullillah I know a little more now.

just completed Imam Hassan’s section of this book. I must say I never realised the importance of Imam Hassan’s role in building the foundation of Islam and the Shia. Ultimately you can say he (along with Imam Husain) solidified the unity between the Shia. Imam Hasan endured many difficult trials and his patience does not compare. His plan to unmask the Umayid government lead to the great revolution of ashura
