Until here i can see that:
- parents will play a BIG and IMPORTANT role to their daughter on how she’ll grow soon on how they see in their daughter esp gender bias
- parents need awareness and knowledge abt leadership
- women can a leaders but usually being shadowed by men
- education and knowledge are important to grow leadership in women
