This book is cute, but I'm not super compelled by it. The characters are either really well fleshed out or really annoying (too "quirky" for their own good). Some of the worldbuilding is clunky and some of it is brilliant. So it's just a bit uneven. I've been picking it up in between other things as I feel like it, but I probably won't read the sequels
