Still working on my breakdown of this book. I just finished breaking down the scene where Parker and Flatnose get into an argument about why they should be working for Johnny Marcone. It's not a bad scene, but it always feels awkward when someone who clearly hasn't rubbed shoulders with real hard guys tries to write them convincingly. It's just a teeny bit oversold to be totally convincing.
