Being from Louisiana, I am not sure how I feel about this book yet. Also, being a reading teacher that plans to get a masters in Library Science, a past Miss Dixie, living in the same small town, and a girl that loves to craft and cook, I have not enjoyed most of the book's humor. It seems more like you would be laughing at these things not with them, as often do because I know how crazy they sound.
