I’ve read a lot of Christian fiction and this is VERY preachy. Althea misquotes scripture; she said she KNEW the child she was nursing would not die because “Jesus came to heal the sick”. Jesus doesn’t heal everyone! The verse is speaking of spiritual healing, not just physical. I am not sure I will finish it…
