Pretty interesting book. It makes me want to move to New York and never buy a car. It is a bit dull at points, they probably could have skipped a lot of the filler and just highlighted the interesting points and it would have been much more enjoyable. The book is a bit dated now, they had one too many references of the 2008 financial crisis.
