And currently attempting to get onto the RQI website to take the exam. It's asking for an ID number that I did not have on my card so after attempting to contact RQI, my educator, and Healthstream (the old NRP provider), Healthstream had a real person to talk to (thank you Tiffany) and she firgured out the problem in about 20 minutes.
RQI hung up on my after an automated voice told me to email them. Great start.
