This book is pretty slow, but I’m enjoying the horse and faith content. Currently thinking of ways to have horses back in my life 🤔

The chapter I just finished is about rest, and how God kind of gave us a literal season of rest in Autumn but with modernization we’ve found a way to continue “powering” through, avoiding rest. I’ve barely dug into this book, but if I’ve taken anything from it, it’s that I need to be more present in life and enjoy what God has laid before me.
