I hate when authors do that! I read one the other day that introduced everyone on the hockey team in the first couple paragraphs. How was I supposed to remember everyone’s names, eye colors, hair styles and colors, team numbers, partner names. Omg too much!

The author I’m reading tried to tie in two separate series, each with like 6-8 books, and include ALL those characters in this new story and it is a lot 💀
