DNF. The audience for this book just wasn't me. I'm not experienced at meditating, but I wouldn't say I'm 'weirded out' by it either. I got the feeling it's directed more towards super competitive working professionals in social environments that see anything borrowed from other cultures as strange and therefore to be avoided. So a lot of the book is convincing these people, while I wanted more "how-to."
