This was a great read, he lost me with the bit about the eye and at the end with all of singing but overall it was an excellent read. I'm from Mississippi and this book make you reevaluate how you generally look at people. Racism is still alive and well and I'm sure younger people and those who have no sense of the history will read this as a tale when in fact it's truth. This is one of the books that I would consider purchasing in bulk to give to random people. excellent story I just wish the "Sutton" portion was not so in-depth but it does show the wicked and demonic mind frame of people that appears normal to everyone else.
