Yeah, its more clear & concise than the piles of free HSD white-papers that in hind-sight likely shaped this book. This is the 1st book in my reading for the HSD cert/partnership I'm pursuing. Off to PDX in July for the 3 day kick-off!

The HSD stuff looks pretty awesome. Cool to see you doing the certification. Hopefully you will get to use it some. :)

I was sold when I used the notion of Simple Rules and CDE to persuade chaos when I facilitated the self-reorg in Iowa. Its really interesting to run into this stuff after being a coach for a year and half. Seeing the science and method behind some of the techniques that you taught me and/or I've read somewhere brings up a lot of ah-ha moments. I can see the massive influence in Diana Larsens books (or the other way around? Her work influenced HSD?)
