What a marvelous and enthralling read. I am falling in love with Eugen, as we are told most women do. He is a terrifically constructed character and the plot is going places I would never have anticipated.

You will like this one, Anne. It was such a riveting read for me that I thought about it when I was forced to put it down and do mundane things, like fixing the dinner. Intriguing characters.
