So, we did find out why the thing wasn't said. I'm now trying to think back as to why it didn't feel right. And maybe it's because Ashley never asked the question. Unless I missed that some how.

Okay... I can't get over the significant plot hole, which I hope gets explained, and if it does, I feel like we should have found out much earlier. Because at this stage, it feels like a weird error.
I speak of Drew not knowing Ashley was a girl. Drew is fantastic friends with her mum. How had she not mentioned it when she brags about her kids all the time? Did I miss the explanation?
