So many things/ideas to digest!

Figuring out how to get to the core in physical action.... Hummmm

So many teachers with new concepts it is taking me integration time!

Many processes, many thoughts not a read for one afternoon nor one month of afternoons.

Names and the messages they bring. I hope the Grace Gillies has an opportunity to experience this choosing process fully

I am enjoying the story and the meditations suggested as her story reaches each mile stone.

So many good ideas and yet Brooke's story is one frought with trips and triggers...
