I usually avoid popular self help type books, but I’ve had at least 6 people recommend this in the last 3 weeks, and he’s got more credentials than being famous. So I’m giving it a go, and it is excellent. Very well laid out argument, that isn’t only rational, but is laced with emotion and empathy. It is, so far, a truly human read, in that it sees us as we are but also as we can become.
