The difference in the way Sax talks about the trend of cupcakes (largely made and enjoyed by women) and the way he talks about gastropub burgers (cooked and eaten by men) is ridiculous. It’s perfectly reasonable to line up for 2 hours for a Kogi taco, but the same line at a cupcake bakery is silly? Ok, bro.🖕🏻
