This is the one indispensable guidebook for beginners in stargazing. Although it makes for a great reading experience for those who know little or nothing about the night sky it also guides you simply and effectively into learning to identify the myriad objects you will see, it's real place is as a permanent reference work to be used again and again as your explorations continue. I can't recommend this book enough!
